FAIRVIEW
February 25 - March 5, 2022
I am excited to announce that I am playing "Jasmine" in the 2019 Pulitzer Prize Winner Drama, Fairview, written by Jackie Sibblies Drury!!! This amazing play is about a Black family, the Frasiers, who is preparing for their Mama's birthday party. They happen to be under surveillance by White Watchers. This production explores deep-rooted themes of white supremacy, the history and current issue of surveillance of black people, etc.
Fairview premieres in the Hilberry Theatre at Wayne State University, February 25th - March 5, 2022. Come see and enjoy the show!!!
RAISSONEUR

I am soooo honored to announce that I will be directing Raissoneur, a play written by the amazing Monet Noelle Marshall!
Synopsis: “A Raissoneur is a character in a play, novel, or the like who voices the central theme, philosophy, or point of view of the work; the voice of the writer.” In Monet Noelle Marshall’s beautifully written play, we delve into the playwright’s world of 8 characters that embark on a journey on finding who the raissoneur is and what their place in the work signifies. Will they discover who the Raissoneur is? Will you discover who the Raissoneur is? Are you the Raissoneur? Are you? Are you?"
Raissoneur premieres in the Underground Theatre at Wayne State University, May 6 & 7th, 2022. Tickets will be available soon!!!
BFA SHOWCASE IN NYC!!!

I am also super excited to announce that me, along with Wayne State Theatre BFA Class of 2022 will be performing in New York City in front of casting agents!!! This will take place sometime during our spring break in March of 2022. Be on the lookout for more information :)
